Koo Kyo-hwan and Moon Ga-young’s romance film "Once We Were Us" has climbed back to No. 1 at the Korean box office.

According to the Korean Film Council’s box office tracker, the film drew 24,356 moviegoers on the 2nd, pushing its cumulative admissions to 2,347,208.

After briefly surrendering the top spot to "Choir of God" on the 2nd, "Once We Were Us" rebounded a day later and is now charging toward the 3 million mark.

"Choir of God," which stunningly hit No. 1 in its fifth week of release, slipped to second with 22,340 admissions that day. Its running total stands at 956,708―within striking distance of the 1 million milestone.
