Unbelievably Luxurious House, Maybe a New Home with Song Hye-kyo?

As 'Song-Song couple' claimed their upcoming wedding, now attention is turning toward a luxurious house that Song Joong-ki bought in January. 

Last January, actor Song bought a house in Itaewon-dong, Seoul.

It was reported that his newly bought house has a value of 10 billion won ($ 8.9 Million dollar).
The size of his new house is about 602 square meters (6500 square feet), and has two stories with a basement. 

Before he bought the house, he was living with his parents at a villa located in Seocho area in Seoul.

There has been numerous speculations as he bought the house, such as Song Joong-ki will get married soon.

Last March, which is three months after he bought the house, he was spotted with actress Song Hye-kyo in New York. 
At the time, people made a speculation that Actor Song bought a house because he is in relationship with Song Hye-kyo. But the two strongly denied about their dating rumours. 

However, a few months later, they finally released a joint statement that they are getting married.

So now people are speculating that there is a high chance of actor Song's newly bought house might be their marital home.
