Song-Song Couple's Marriage Proposal Witnessed?

There appears to be one netizen who knew about Song-Song(Song Joong-ki, Song Hye-kyo) couple's wedding news beforehand.

Last week, one Japanese netizen posted on her SNS, congratulating the couple and shared about how she has been waiting for the couple to publicly announce the news. 

On July 5th, a Japanese netizen posted on her Twitter that she knew about Song-Song couple's marriage since last year.
 
Her tweet suggests that, one of her friends worked at the place where Song Joong-ki proposed to Song Hye-kyo last winter. 

Her friend saw actor Song Joong-ki proposing to Song Hye-kyo. Then saw actress Song crying in happy tears.
Her tweet is going viral and is gaining a lot of attention from Song-Song couple's fans.
