In Korea, 'pat-bing-su' or shaved ice with red bean paste is one of the popular summer desserts.
Recently, Korean artist Kim Gun-mo, who is known as 'soju(Korean liquor)' lover, showed his own way of surviving hot summer days.

He takes out soju ice cubes from the freezer and put it into the ice shaver.
Then he puts spoonful of red bean paste, nuts, and ice cream like original pat-bing-su to make 'pat- bing-sool'― which means red bean paste shaved ice with liquor in Korean.
