Did you know that K-pop boy group Super Junior has participated in blood donation as public relation ambassador for TEN years?
On June 14th, which is also the World Blood Donor Day, Super Junior was acknowledged for its longest term serving as an ambassador for blood donation at Korean Red Cross.
This year marks their tenth year participating as a blood donor ambassador, raising public's awareness and interest in blood donation over the years.
Super Junior members have participated in photo shoots for posters, radio commercial recordings and street campaigns since 2007.
Super Junior's Leeteuk said, "Since blood donation is critical in people's lives, we wish many people participate in blood donation." Then he added, "We, Super Junior, will also participate in blood donation as it is meaningful thing to do in life."
