K-pop girl group Girls' Generation revealed a secret behind its debut song.
On August 5, Girls' Generation hold its 10th debut anniversary concert in Seoul Olympic Park.
On that day, Girls' Generation Sooyoung asked her members, "Do you guys remember? We were so close to sing a different debut song."
Then the members began to reminisce the past, and started to sing passionately.
Seohyun added, "It was really weird. If we sang that song for our debut stage, there won't be our 10th anniversary debut concert today."
Taeyeon made an appearance at an auditioning program and talked about how she's proud of her group's debut song 'Into the New World', as it became one of the prerequisite songs for people who want to become a singer.
Meanwhile, Girls' Generation released its sixth album 'Holiday Night' and has done promotion for about a week. It was reported that the girls are now focusing on their own solo work.
