Lee Joon Updates His Fans after 8.1 Earthquake in Mexico

Korean actor Lee Joon, who is currently visiting Mexico for his fan meeting, updated his fans via Instagram.

On September 7 11:49 PM local time, earthquake of magnitude 8.1 hit the southern coast of Mexico.

Lee Joon reportedly arrived in Mexico on September 6, in order to hold his first-ever Mexico fan meeting on September 8.
On his Instagram, Lee Joon wrote "This is from Mexico. I'm writing this because many people seem to worry about me.

After feeling the earthquake, me and my staffs all evacuated, and we are safe now.

The number 8.0 sounds scary, but the hotel staffs protected our crew well. We're okay! Let's pray for the people in Mexico to be safe."

Local officials say that the earthquake caused at least five deaths and setting off a tsunami warning.

We hope for Lee Joon and everyone's safety!
