On October 16, it was reported that Sooyoung is currently discussing her contract with a new management agency―Echo Global Group.
Echo Global Group is a Korean management agency for actors and actresses including Daniel Henney and many more.
A source from the agency stated, "It is true that Sooyoung have discussed with our agency. However, no contract has been signed at this moment.
As it is a sensitive matter, we are carefully discussing the possibility to sign a contract positively."
Recently, three members of Girls' Generation―Sooyoung, Seohyun and Tiffany decided not to renew their contract with S.M. Entertainment and leave the agency.
S.M. Entertainment still manages Sooyoung's schedule for now, until her current drama 'Man Who Sets the Table' ends.
