Choi Siwon's 'Bugsy' Video Released…Viciously Biting a Suitcase

Recently, the owner of an upscale Korean cuisine restaurant Hanilkwan, who has a surname Kim, passed away due to blood poisoning after getting bitten by a French bulldog named 'Bugsy'―which belongs to Korean singer and actor Choi Siwon's family.

On October 22, at an online community, there was a post called 'Video of Choi Siwon's dog without a leash'. 

In the released video, there was a French bulldog 'Bugsy' who was seen growling and biting off a suitcase with its teeth. Along with the video, there was also a caption saying, "Because of the suitcase, I can't see my brother (Choi Siwon) for a while. I'm sad." 
This video, which is currently unavailable, was reportedly uploaded by Choi Siwon's younger sibling in August. She even made Bugsy's own social media account in the past.

As Bugsy did not have a leash when it was biting off the suitcase, netizens commented, "Maybe Bugsy likes to bite off everything it sees, whether that is a thing or a person" "That big suitcase moves, Bugsy seems to be vicious". 

Recently, the bereaved Kim's family said that Choi Siwon's family issued a sincere apology and showed that they have been forgiven Choi's family. The police also reported, "The bereaved family didn't want to take any legal action." 

However, the public is still furious about Choi's family not being cautious with their dog. The public is demanding there needs to be more strengthened regulations and laws for pets in place.
