EXO's Concert Tickets Sold Out; Ticketing Website Apologizes for Server Crash

Tickets for the K-pop boy group EXO's 4th exclusive concert went completely sold out right after the ticket sales access opened.

On October 25 at 8 PM KST, tickets for 'EXO PLANET #4–The EℓyXiOn –' went on sale at Korean ticketing website YES24.

Proving its popularity, EXO's concert tickets went completely sold out as soon as the access went available.

However, YES24's server ultimately shut down as the high demand for the tickets caused sudden traffic.

YES24 apologized for the chaotic situation with an official statement;

"There were a lot more fans than we expected. We clearly were not prepared for the situation. We would like to express our apology for not being able to respond quickly and provide smooth ticketing process.

We will do our best to prevent this situation to reoccur in the future. Once again, we apologize for your inconvenience."
Meanwhile, EXO's 4th exclusive concert 'EXO PLANET #4–The EℓyXiOn –' is scheduled to be held at Gocheok Sky Dome, Seoul on November 24 to 26.
