GD & Lee Ju Yeon, Lovers or Just Close Friends?

K-pop behemoth BIGBANG's G-DRAGON and a former member of girl group After School turned actress Lee Ju Yeon's dating rumors swirl online, as video and photos released suggest the two might be dating.

Recently there were numerous postings in an online community called, 'G-DRAGON Lee Ju Yeon' along with multiple photos of them. Korean netizens have attached multiple photos from both stars' personal SNS made the comparison.

Although photos released did not have them posing together, it presented notably similar backgrounds, which look like the photos were taken at the same place.
The photo from last October, actress Lee posted a photo on her SNS, when she traveled to Hawaii. She was seen wearing a green safety helmet and riding on zip line. 

Soon after, G-DRAGON also posted a photo where he was wearing a green safety helmet in a similar environment as actress Lee.
In last November, actress Lee shared a photo sitting at a dimly lit restaurant. Then G-DRAGON uploaded a photo where he was sitting at the same restaurant as actress Lee.

But this is not their first time their dating rumor swirled online. The very first rumor started on October 30, when they were making funny faces with a Chinese video application. 
At the time G-DRAGON's management agency YG Entertainment denied the rumor and said they are 'close friends'. 

But when their second dating rumor spread, the company explained, "They are just friends and his photo is from the time when he had a concert in Hawaii. They met at the concert along with acquaintances." 

It is garnering many fans' attention whether the rumor is real or they are just close friends as YG stated earlier.
