Global K-pop sensation BTS made yet another history.
On November 20, Guinness World Records has revealed that BTS scored the record for the most Twitter engagements for a music group.
The organization announced the news via its official Twitter, "Congrats to BTS on a stellar performance at last night's AMAs! The South Korean band has succeeded in earning a spot in this year's 'Guinness World Records 2018' edition for having the world's most Twitter engagements for a music group!"
The result is calculated from BTS' '#BTSxAMAs' hashtag, which stands for the group's U.S. debut stage on '2017 American Music Awards (AMAs)'.
With its 'DNA' stage during AMAs on November 19, BTS have become the first K-pop group to ever perform on mainstream American award show.
BTS will return to Korea after its stateside schedule is over.
Congratulations to BTS and ARMY!
