Kang Daniel Reveals How He Became Friends with SUGA and WOOZI

K-pop boy group Wanna One's member Kang Daniel revealed a story of how he became close to BTS' SUGA and SEVENTEEN's WOOZI.

On March 21 episode of MBC's variety show 'Radio Star', Kang Daniel along with fellow members Ong Seong Wu and Park Woo Jin, and BIGBANG's SEUNGRI were invited as guests.

While talking about interesting things that happened after their debut as Wanna One, the members of Wanna One said that they still could not believe how popular they are.

Ong Seong Wu said, "For me, everything is interesting, especially when celebrities mention my name. The other day, actress Shim Eun Kyung said she likes me during a radio show."Right after Ong Seong Wu was done talking, Park Woo Jin continued the talk.

Park Woo Jin said, "It's still hard to believe that my pictures show up when I search my name online."Then, SEUNGRI suddenly asked, "Were there any female celebrities expressing interests to you?".

Kang Daniel laughed and answered, "No, there was none. Instead, I received calls from male celebrities. SUGA and WOOZI said that they wanted to become friends with me. I felt really grateful."Ong Seong Wu also said, "There were no female celebrities who contacted me first, but I did meet my high school friend BTOB's Yook Sungjae when I went to a music show to perform."Meanwhile, Wanna One has released its second mini album '0+1=1 (I PROMISE YOU)' with the title track 'BOOMERANG' on March 19.
