The production of Netflix original Korean drama 'See You Again' has reportedly been canceled.
On May 21, it was reported that the drama production company has decided not to film 'See You Again'.
'See You Again' has gathered much anticipation after actor Lee Jong Suk and actress Kim Jiwon have said to have accepted the two main lead roles.
Many viewers were looking forward to the two stars' reunion after their 2011 hit sitcom 'High Kick 3: Revenge of the Short Legged'.
A representative from Lee Jong Suk's side stated, "The drama was one of the projects that Lee Jong Suk has been considering taking the offer."
Kim Jiwon's KINGKONG by STARSHIP also clarified, "Kim Jiwon has decided to turn down the offer. She is not joining 'See You Again'."
Meanwhile, Lee Jong Suk is set to make his small screen comeback with SBS' 'Hymn of Death', while Kim Jiwon is considering the offer to join 'The Chronicles of Asadal' (tentative title).
