The statement is as follows:

Hello, this is YG Entertainment.

We would like to talk about the recent lawsuit by the management agency of a participant from 'MIXNINE'.

A few months ago, the representatives from six different management agencies of the participants gathered at a place, and we have agreed on the changes in our plans.

We thought everything was set with each agency's cooperation, but the damage suit by an agency that asks for 10 million won (approximately 10,000 dollars) is just completely out of our expectation.

But we will take legal steps with our attorneys and respond to the lawsuit, and try our best to get rid of the misunderstanding with the help of court. Thank you.
