The New Building of JYP Entertainment Unveils

One of Korea's biggest entertainment management agencies JYP Entertainment's new building has finally been unveiled.

On July 4, everyone at JYP Entertainment finished moving to the new building, and the head producer of JYP Entertainment shared a heartfelt letter to the building that was used as JYP Entertainment over the last 17 years.
 

 

#JYP청담사옥 #JYPCheongdamCenter JYP 청담사옥에게, 다들 지난 주에 신사옥으로 이사를 갔는데 나만 하던 작업이 있어 너와 단 둘이 남았구나. 이제 나도 떠나... 17년 전 처음 널 봤을 때 넌 세상에서 가장 크고 멋진 건물이었는데 이제 이사를 가야한다는 게 믿기지가 않네. 그동안 정말 고마웠어. 네 안에서 땀 흘리고, 웃고 울며 꿈 꿀 수 있게 해줘서.덕분에 너에게서 세상을 즐겁게 해준 스타들이 많이 탄생했고 또 네가 다 품을 수 없을만큼 식구들도 불어났어. 그리고 무엇보다도 철 없던 내가 들어가서 철이 좀 들어서 나오는 것 같아. 참 발길이 안 떨어지네...휴...정말 고마웠어. 잊지 않을께... And now finally I'm leaving... 17 years ago when I first saw you, you were the biggest coolest building in the world to me. Can't believe I have to leave you now. Thank you for letting me sweat, laugh, cry and dream inside you. So many stars came out of you that made the world smile and our family grew dramatically that you can't even hold them any more. And most of all, an immature JY moved in and somewhat matured JY is moving out. So hard to leave you...thank you so much...will always remember you...

For the past couple of days, staff members as well as JYP artists have been sharing photos of the impressive new building online.

For instance, actor Yoon Bak shared two pictures of JYP Entertainment's new building on his social media account.

The photos showed the modern exterior and neatly-organized cafeteria.

In the caption, Yoon Bak wrote, "I visited my agency and registered my fingerprint. I will take a proper tour around the place the next time I come."Furthermore, one of the choreographers at JYP Entertainment noted, "The building has amazing facilities. It's truly the best. There are two more larger practice rooms than this one.", and shared photos of the practice room and entrance on his social media account. These photos quickly reached K-pop fans, and they have been commenting on how luxurious the new building is.
