On September 16 episode of SBS variety show 'My Little Old Boy', Kim Jong-kook and Hong Jin Young were seen spending some time together with Kim Jong-kook's friends at a villa located outside Seoul.
Hong Jin Young guided Kim Jong-kook with cooking while he yieldingly complied to all her orders.
Upon seeing this, his friends as well as mother at the studio commented how they have never seen him like that before.
His friends even said, "No one can make him behave like that except Jin Young. Can she be part of our family now?"
After finishing a delicious meal made by the two, Kim Jong-kook's friends took a lie detector out and asked Hong Jin Young to try it.
When Hong Jin Young was done placing her hand on the lie detector, Kim Jong-kook's manager asked, "You have feelings for more than one guy in this room. Yes or no?"
First, she clarified the question, "More than one guy? So, at least one, right?", then confidently said, "No, I don't."
A couple of seconds later, she got an electric shock from the lie detector, which meant that her statement was a lie.
With a slightly worried look on her face, Hong Jin Young answered, "No."
However, it turned out that it was a lie again.
As Kim Jong-kook and his manager Kim Gab-jin were the only ones who had a last name of Kim, the viewers screamed in joy to finally see a proof confirming Hong Jin Young's feelings for Kim Jong-kook.
Kim Jong-kook and Hong Jin Young have been attracting great public attention recently, after some viewers spotted them seeming like they have developed feelings towards each other on SBS' popular variety show 'Running Man'.
