If there is one bridge that could connect the world of game and music, it would be BOBBY, a member of K-pop boy group iKON.

According to Riot Games, BOBBY is planning on joining three American artists including The Glitch Mob, Mako, and The Word Alive to celebrate the opening ceremony of '2018 League of Legends Worlds Championship (Worlds 2018)' and performing 'RISE' with them, the theme song of the event.

When Riot Games first dropped the music video of 'REMIX' on its social media account on September 26, there were no signs of BOBBY at all.
BOBBYHowever, when Riot Games released a remix version of its anthem 'RISE' a month later, the fans noticed the name 'BOBBY' was added on the title of the track.

It turns out that Riot Games decided to release another version of 'RISE' with a Korean artist since this year's 'Worlds 2018' will be held in Korea for the first time in four years.

In the remix version of 'RISE', BOBBY took the event's anthem to the next level with his stellar rap skills and his bad boy charisma in the music video.

However, BOBBY is not the only K-pop artist who made its fans proud.
(G)I-DLE & Madison Beer & Jaira BurnsGirl group (G)I-DLE's SOYEON and MIYEON is also expected to make appearance at 'Worlds 2018', since they have been working on a song together with American singer-songwriter Madison Beer and Jaira Burns, and are planning on showcasing their new track at the event.

Meanwhile, 'Worlds 2018' takes place on November 3 at Munhak Stadium, Incheon.
