K-pop artist CL released another masterpiece with The Black Eyed Peas.
On October 26, The Black Eyed Peas unveiled its seventh studio album 'Masters of the Sun Vol. 1'.
With this album, The Black Eyed Peas released 12 tracks in total―including the track No.6 'Dopeness', the one that CL participated.
Throughout the track, CL not only covers the most part of 'Dopeness', but also mesmerizes the listeners with her amazing rap skills and fluent English.
However, this is not the first time for her to show off a perfect harmony with The Black Eyed Peas.
Back in 2011, she dominated the stage of 'Mnet Asian Music Awards (MAMA)' with the group, then in 2013, she helped Will.i.am to release his solo track 'Gettin' Dumb', and in 2017, they reunited and hypnotized the audience at the 'Summer Sonic Festival' in Japan.
Judging by the chemistry they have shown in the latest single, it looks like they get better and better at finding the balance between the two.
CL made her debut as a female solo artist in the United States back in 2014, and succeeded in getting her name out there.
After she released her single 'LIFTED' in August 2016, she even made it to the Billboard Hot 100 chart and wrote a history as a Korean female solo artist.
Also, she was nominated as 'New Artist of the Week' by Apple Music in November 2016, and successfully wrapped up her first North American tour 'HELLO BI+CHES TOUR 2016' which was held in nine different cities.
Meanwhile, the music video of 'Dopeness' was released on October 25 on The Black Eyed Peas' official social media account.
