Back in 2013 When BTS Members Had to Wear a T-shirt with Their Names on
It is hard to imagine this now that BTS is so famous around the world, but BTS also had those days in the past when it was completely new to the public.

On October 28, SBS' documentary 'SBS Special' aired a short footage of BTS from its early-debut day.BTSThe footage showed BTS doing a short interview in the hallway of SBS Hall in Deungchon-dong, Seoul where it went to participate in the music show 'Inkigayo' in 2013.

When asked how long it had been since the group had debuted, RM answered, "Today is the 16th, so that would make the 5th day since our debut. We are totally a new group."BTSWhat attracted the most attention was that each member of BTS was wearing a t-shirt with their names on.

Regarding this, SUGA commented, "The production team doesn't know our names yet, as we are very new to this world. We wanted them to remember our names."

RM added, "We'll wear this t-shirt until the day they will know our names just by looking at our face."BTSBTSAt that time when RM made the statement, a number of people assumed the group was not going to succeed, as it belonged to a small agency, and there were many groups that came and quickly went in the K-pop world, especially from small agencies.

Five years later however, BTS has become the most popular and well-known boy group not only in Korea, but across the globe.

Now, BTS has proudly reached the point where it would even be considered weird if any television show production teams could not recognize all seven members. BTSMeanwhile, BTS will be kicking off the Japanese leg of its world tour 'LOVE YOURSELF' on 13 November.
