IZ*ONE Jang Won Young Gets Perfect Score on Her Qualification Exam

K-pop girl group IZ*ONE's member Jang Won Young surprised her fans by getting a perfect score on three of her qualification exam subjects―Korean, English, and Math.

On April 13, Jang Won Young took the qualification exam for middle school students to find a way to balance her education and her music career.
The day before she took her exam, her management agency Off The Record Entertainment wrote on the group's official fan club page, "Jang Won Young, her parents, and us, her management agency have been discussing what would be the best for her future."

Off The Record Entertainment continued, "After some consideration, she decided to continue her education by homeschooling and decided to take the qualification exam."
For this reason, Jang Won Young could not make appearance on April 13 episode of MBC's music show 'Show! Music Core'.

After taking her exam, Jang Won Young showed up at the group's fan signing event with a big smile on her face.

When one of her fellow members asked, "How did the test go, Won Young?", other member replied, "She got a perfect score on Korean, English, and Math."
After hearing such news, her fans commented, "She's pretty and SMART? Seriously. This is so unfair.", "Good for you! I'm so proud of you.", "Still can't believe she's only 15 years old.", and so on.

Meanwhile, IZ*ONE returned to the stage on April 1 with its second mini album 'HEART*IZ'.
