JIN, the oldest member of K-pop boy group BTS, talked about his upcoming military enlistment for the first time in an interview.
Recently, the seven members of BTS sat down for an interview with CBS where they talked about their recent comeback album, upcoming tour, and more.
At the end of the interview, CBS' Seth Doane brought up the unavoidable topic of the members' upcoming mandatory military service.
To this, JIN said, "As a Korean, it's natural," and continued, "And someday when duty calls, we will be ready to respond and do our best."
Then the interviewer asked, "Do you worry about breaking off? Separating, going different way?"
"I don't want to think about it at this point," JUNGKOOK said, "We have something good going."
RM added, "We're just enjoying the ride. Living the moment. That's all we can do."
Upon watching the interview, fans commented, "If my boys are ready, then I'll be ready too.", "To be completely honest, I'm not ready for this.", "The boys definitely know what they have to do next. I'll be by their side no matter what.", and more.
Meanwhile, BTS is currently busy promoting its new album 'MAP OF THE SOUL : PERSONA' through various music show appearances.
