K-pop boy group NCT's sub-unit NCT 127 completely surprised K-pop fans in New York City.

On April 21, one popular K-pop cover dancer shared a video on his YouTube that excited fans of NCT 127.

It was because NCT 127 had appeared on the video while a number of K-pop fans were doing random play dance.

Random play dance is a group activity in which people gather in an area at a specific time together and dance to different songs that rapidly change.NCT 127This was a video from April 20 when this YouTuber held random play dance at Washington Square Park, New York City.

Just over 10 minutes after random play dance began, some fans started screaming in shock as they saw NCT 127 coming out of the crowd.NCT 127Minutes later, NCT 127 members joined the fans and danced to their hit songs such as 'TOUCH', 'CHERRY BOMB', 'BOSS', alongside them.

They even danced to 'SORRY, SORRY' by another boy group Super Junior, and seemed to have had a blast with fans in New York City.NCT 127Apparently, NCT 127's tour bus was passing through Washington Square Park when random play dance was happening.

It is assumed that the members of NCT 127 spotted the crowd doing K-pop random play dance out the window and thought it would be fun to join them.
 

Meanwhile, NCT 127 is scheduled to kick off its first-ever North American concert tour 'NEO CITY - The Origin' with a show in Newark, New Jersey on April 24.
