I.O.I Reportedly Getting Back Together Without One Member
The members of disbanded K-pop project girl group I.O.I are reportedly preparing for a new round of promotions together as I.O.I this year.

On April 30, Ilgan Sports reported that I.O.I has finally been confirmed for a six-month reunion in the latter half of this year.
I.O.IAccording to the report, I.O.I will be attending KCON USA together as one group in August, releasing a new album in September, and holding a year-end concert.

Unfortunately, Somi will reportedly be unable to participate in the upcoming reunion, as she is currently gearing up for her grand solo debut under a new agency THE BLACK LABEL.
I.O.IIn response to the report, an industry source commented, "It is true that a reunion is being discussed. However, nothing has been decided yet."

The 11 finalists of Mnet's survival audition program 'Produce 101' debuted as I.O.I in May 2016.
I.O.IThe group officially announced its disbandment after wrapping up all promotions with the group's final concert held in January 2017.
