JYP Ent. Under Fire for Allegedly Plagiarizing ATEEZ for NMIXX's Music Video
Fans demand an explanation from JYP Entertainment regarding the company's alleged plagiarism in its rookie girl group NMIXX's debut music video.

On February 22, JYP Entertainment dropped NMIXX's debut single 'AD MARE' and the music video of the group's title track 'O.O'.
NMIXX, ATEEZShortly after the music video release, however, some K-pop fans pointed out that many concepts presented in 'O.O' music video look similar to K-pop boy group ATEEZ's music video.
NMIXX, ATEEZThey claimed that scenes in 'O.O' music video bears strong similarities to ATEEZ's music videos for 'Illusion' and 'Turbulence', released in June 2019 and in December 2021, respectively.

Some fans took to social media and demanded JYP Entertainment to explain the alleged plagiarism by trending the hashtag '#JYP_표절논란_해명해' (Explain the alleged plagiarism, JYP).
NMIXX, ATEEZNMIXX, ATEEZDIGIPEDI, the studio that produced 'O.O' music video, is reportedly a studio that has collaborated with ATEEZ before, but fans pointed out that the studio did not make 'Illusion' music video.

JYP Entertainment is yet to release an official statement regarding the issue.
