JIHO Parts Ways With OH MY GIRL; Agency Confirms

JIHO of K-pop girl group OH MY GIRL is parting ways with her management agency as well as the group.

On May 9, it was reported that JIHO and WM Entertainment have recently decided to part ways with each other.

The rest of OH MY GIRL members reportedly renewed their exclusive contract with the company.
OH MY GIRLJIHO has decided not to renew her contract as she wishes to broaden her spectrum as an artist.

Shortly after the reports, WM Entertainment released an official statement announcing that JIHO will leave OH MY GIRL.

Hello, this is WM Entertainment.

First of all, we would like to express our deepest gratitude to the fans who have loved and supported OH MY GIRL.

We have renewed our contracts with HYOJUNG, MIMI, YOOA, SEUNGHEE, YUBIN, and ARIN of OH MY GIRL.

Based on the mutual trust and faith that we have built up over the past seven years, we will continue to provide our full support for the six members to actively promote in various fields.

In addition, we would like to inform you that JIHO's exclusive contract with us has ended.

With respect to her choices to move towards a new path and new dream, the decision was made after long and in-depth discussions with the company and the members.

We would like to express our thanks to JIHO who spent the 7-year journey with our company, and we wish the best of luck on her future endeavors.

OH MY GIRL will continue to promote as a 6-member group. We will be working on a new start, so please continue to give them your love and support.
