On September 23, Jeon So Min appeared on entertainer Ji Suk-jin's YouTube video.
While heading to the airport in a car together, Ji Suk-jin interviewed Jeon So Min.
Ji Suk-jin first mentioned Jeon So Min and her 'on-air romance' with Yang Se Chan on SBS' television show 'Running Man'.
Jeon So Min immediately said, "Se Chan and I are just friends. Nothing's going on between us. Jong-kook and Ji-hyo are nothing more than friends as well. But I just can't stop pulling jokes that way, because I love seeing Se Chan's responses. You and Jae Seok also have so much fun watching us, so it's hard to stop."
She continued, "I don't want anyone to mistake our relationship in any ways though. It's all for fun. Lots of our viewers love seeing us like that, but I do feel like it's about time I let go of our playful 'on-air romance'."
Jeon So Min answered, "I don't easily go out with anyone now. In the past, I used to go out with them, even when I was only a little bit interested in them. These days though, I tend to see and think more rationally and realistically about them."
She went on, "Besides, you kind of stop thinking about and wanting to date someone when it has been too long you've been single. I can't find time in my busy life for romance as well. You've got to make time for that person, but I don't think I can fit him anywhere. There's no time for him right now."
To Jeon So Min's unexpected compliment, Ji Suk-jin brightly smiled and started complimenting Jeon So Min back, "Everyone, there are no actresses like So Min. She doesn't lead a life of luxury at all. She doesn't even have a car; she takes the subway. Why is she alone?!"
Jeon So Min laughed and responded, "Well, that's because I can't drive well, but... And I'm currently alone by choice. There are certainly times when I feel lonely, but I mostly like the fact that I'm single. That makes me think that I should become stronger, since I don't know how long I'll be single for."
She resumed, "I felt obligated to get married before, but I don't think that's right. I got rid of that feeling now. I will get married if I happen to meet someone that I love, but I'll leave the spot next to me empty for the time being.", then playfully added, "I loved too much in my 20s. I was always in love then. I'm sick of being in love."
