"Well, She's Married Now..." Ong Seong-wu Tells Some Details About His First Love

Singer/actor Ong Seong-wu shared that his first love is married now. 

On September 26 episode of SBS POWER FM's radio show 'Cultwo Show', the team of an upcoming movie 'Life Is Beautiful' made a guest appearance. 

During the show, Ong Seong-wu shared how it felt to have acted as the movie's character Se-yeon's first love Jung-woo in the movie. 
Ong Seong-wu said, "It honestly wasn't easy at all. I tried to show all kinds of vibes that first loves have. I wanted the audience to approve me and see me as the guy with the perfect image as anyone's first love." 

He shyly chuckled and continued, "Through this movie, I want to become someone who signifies first love." 

But when asked if he enjoyed watching the movie, Ong Seong-wu laughingly answered, "Ah, I looked too cheesy. Everything I did and said made me want to cringe. But that's just me watching myself acting, so..."  
After that, the hosts asked Ong Seong-wu if he could tell them about his own first love. 

Ong Seong-wu answered, "Well, my first love was a bit of an oddball. She was wonderfully weird, definitely someone with a quite unique personality. We were nothing more than friends though; our relationship didn't turn into romance." 

He resumed, "Actually, she's married now. She's leading a happy married life at the moment." 
Ong Seong-wu made debut as a member of project K-pop boy group Wanna One in August 2017, following fierce competition on Mnet's survival audition show 'Produce 101 Season 2'. 

After the group's promotions officially ended in January 2019, Ong Seong-wu turned solo and has been building his career in the singing as well as acting industry.
