On November 30, Lee Young-ae featured in SBS' YouTube show 'MMTG'.
While on the topic of music, the show's host Jae-jae asked Lee Young-ae, "What kind of music do you like listening to?"
To Jae-jae's surprise, Lee Young-ae told her that she loves listening to music by BTS and TXT.
Jae-jae went, "I honestly didn't expect to hear BTS and TXT from you! How did you come to like them?"
Then, she talked about the time when she met BTS at backstage of Mnet's annual awards ceremony 'MAMA Awards' back in 2017.
"As their fan, I really wanted to meet them in person. I once got invited to 'MAMA Awards' where they were scheduled to perform, and the members of BTS came to see me in my waiting room. I took a photo with them on that day. I couldn't stop bragging about that to everyone around for ages after that."
When Jae-jae asked whether she was going there with her daughter, Lee Young-ae answered, "Actually, Seung-bin is going with her friend, and I'm going by myself. We won't be physically going to the concert with each other, but we will be there together. That's what matters, " then smiled.
Jae-jae laughingly commented, "For some reason, it's so hard for me to imagine you at the concert," and Lee Young-ae excitedly told her, "Really? Well, I'm going to take lots of selfies at the venue and post them on Instagram!"
Ending the topic, Jae-jae wanted to know which TXT songs Lee Young-ae liked, but she could not give her the answer to that.
Her reasons made Jae-jae burst out laughing; the actress stated, "All of their songs have such long names that I struggle to remember them. Seung-bin always has to tell me what the names are."
It has not even been a day since the video was premiered on YouTube, but the comment section is already filled with ARMY (the name of BTS' fandom) and MOA (the name of TXT's fandom)'s "Welcome to the fandom!" messages.
