VIDEO: '50-Year-Old' Jung Woo Sung Explains Why He Is Still Not Married

'50-year-old' actor Jung Woo Sung explained why he is still not married.

On November 30, a new episode of Sung Si-kyung's YouTube show was released online. 

In this episode of the show, Jung Woo Sung made a guest appearance. 

For his show, Sung Si-kyung invited Jung Woo Sung over to his place, and prepared some jeon (Korean pancakes) to go with makgeolli (Korean rice wine).  

Sung Si-kyung and Jung Woo Sung talked over jeon and makgeolli for ages; they even started drinking somaek (popular Korean liquor called soju mixed with beer) after finishing four bottles of makgeolli. 

They touched upon various topics during their talk, and their conversation deepened as time went on.
Toward the end of the show, Sung Si-kyung asked Jung Woo Sung, "How do you deal with loneliness? Are you just going to stay single and not ever get married?"

Sung Si-kyung sounded very curious, since he is also a single man in his middle years. 

Jung Woo Sung paused for a moment, then replied, "It certainly wasn't my choice to stay single until now. It was more like I couldn't get married because I missed the timing for it." 
Then, the actor indirectly mentioned his 2011 dating news with actress E Jiah that he let the public know himself, "You know what's interesting? I was the first-ever actor to 'expose' a romantic relationship before the media did." 

He continued, "If I'm being honest with you, I feel sorry for all the celebrities out there. They're just like everybody else, you know. But why do they have to get so hated for having a girlfriend or boyfriend?" 

Sung Si-kyung nodded and playfully ended this subject by stating, "You know what? I'll make my relationship with my future girlfriend public as well. I'm waiting for you right here, wifey! Don't take too long, okay?!"
