Jung Woo Sung Refused to Marry Moon Gabi After Being Identified as the Father of Her Child?

Following the recent disclosure that 51-year-old actor Jung Woo Sung had a baby with 35-year-old model Moon Gabi, rumors said the two had conflicts about whether they should get married.

On November 25, Jung Woo Sung's agency, Artist Company, spoke with a news outlet about the latest disclosure regarding the actor and the rumors surrounding it.

"There will be no additional official announcements about the matter. Whether Jung Woo Sung gave the baby a taemyung (nickname for a developing baby) or if there was a conflict between the two will be left unaddressed since it is the artist's private matter."
On the 24th, it was revealed that Jung Woo Sung was the biological father of Moon Gabi's son, born earlier this year.

According to news source Dispatch's exclusive report, the two first met at a gathering in 2022 and have been close ever since.

Moon Gabi reportedly conceived Jung Woo Sung's child in June last year and welcomed their child, a boy, this March.

Jung Woo Sung was happy about the child and personally gave the baby a taemyung, the report mentioned.

Following the report, Jung Woo Sung's agency confirmed that the actor is the biological father of the child whose presence Moon Gabi recently introduced to the world through her social media account.

"The two have been in discussion to find the best possible way to raise the child. Jung Woo Sung will do his best to fulfill his fatherly duties for the child all the way.", the agency stated.
However, the actor did not clearly state his stance on marriage.

In a recent development, a news source reported that Jung Woo Sung and Moon Gabi had conflicting opinions on child rearing and marriage.

Although Moon Gabi wanted marriage and to build a family for the child, Jung Woo Sung adamantly refused marriage, the report said.

After the paternity test confirmed his biological connection to the child, Jung Woo Sung reportedly only acknowledged his responsibilities as the child's biological father, refusing to be 'Moon Gabi's husband and the child's father'.

Jung Woo Sung's agency has chosen to remain quiet regarding the rumors surrounding the alleged marriage conflict, saying it is a private matter for the actor.
On November 22, Moon Gabi shared the joyous news that she had given birth to a child on her Instagram, updating the first post since June 2022.

"I mustered my courage to pursue a more ordinary happiness in life now, especially that I'm a mother of a child.", the model shared.

"It was so unexpected, and I was completely unprepared. Rather than enjoying the joy of being pregnant or being congratulated for it, I spent most of my pregnancy silently within my family's blessings. It was all for the child's sake.", she explained.
