On November 29, an interview and cover photos of Kim Jae Joong for fashion magazine @Style's December issue were released online.
During the interview, Kim Jae Joong mentioned his recent concert "JX 2024 Concert Identity in Seoul" that took place at KSPO Dome, Seoul.
Kim Jae Joong said, "I was nervous throughout both days of the concert, feeling tense from start to finish. But as the final day's performance was wrapping up, a wave of mixed emotions suddenly hit me, and I couldn't hold back my tears. It just hit me like that."
He went on to share a particularly unforgettable moment from the concert: "When Rising Sun started playing and the audience erupted into explosive cheers, I got chills. Watching our fans laugh, cry, and express their happiness in their own ways was overwhelming. That moment felt like it captured 20 years of memories we've shared."

He candidly shared that the process of being a producer was far from easy, saying, "I reviewed all their materials and videos from their trainee days and even helped shape their concept. It definitely wasn't easy."
He continued with a laugh, "There were times I regretted it. There isn't a single detail, big or small, that I didn't oversee. I even joked that trying to make my company and members big might kill me."
Finally, Kim Jae Joong added, "I always tell them not to see a K-pop career as short-lived but to take their time preparing for the next step. Even if they debut as K-pop artists, they can still earn long-lasting love and support from the public, much like veteran trot singers."
