On November 29, JIHYO, JEONGYEON, and TZUYU of K-pop girl group TWICE guested on 'Hyell's Club', the YouTube show hosted by Hyeri of another girl group Girl's Day.
During their conversation over a meal, JEONGYEON brought up TZUYU's recent solo debut with the title song 'Run Away'.
"TZUYU seems to have matured after carrying out her solo activities.", JEONGYEON said.
Hyeri asked TZUYU, "What was it like to do everything alone as a solo artist?"
"It was just as challenging as I expected, but I learned a lot. I'm glad I did it.", TZUYU answered with a smile.
"It was so physically and mentally demanding that I wondered how NAYEON unnie pulled this off.", she added.
"So I became concerned about TZUYU when I heard about her solo debut. I know that TZUYU often cries by herself. I was so worried that I contacted her team chief and asked to take good care of her."
"But what I got in return was, 'Well, she's doing better than you did! She's been navigating the process with great energy.'. 'Oh, really?', was my response.", JIHYO shared with an embarrassed smile, causing everyone to chuckle.
She added, "Since TZUYU is so pretty, many people have been saying things like, 'She must have had a lot of plastic surgery.'. I've been feeling wronged on her behalf for a long time."
"What? Just by a glance, one could obviously tell that she hasn't done anything to her face!", Hyeri exclaimed, and JEONGYEON replied, "Yeah, she hasn't done anything."
Then, TZUYU quietly added, "I had it done when I was in my mom's belly.", making everyone laugh.
