Yim Siwan Shares Thoughts on Joining 'Squid Game 2' as a Huge Fan of the Series
Actor Yim Siwan shared his excitement about joining "Squid Game 2" as a dedicated fan of the series. 

On December 9, a press conference for Netflix's original series "Squid Game 2" was held. 

During the event, the main cast Lee Jung Jae shared his thoughts on the updated sets for Season 2, "Even during Season 1, I was always curious about the game sets. When I first saw the sets, I was amazed and couldn't help but anticipate what the other sets would look like. It's the same for Season 2."

He added, "I was very curious about how the sets described in the script would be realized. As always, they’ve gone beyond what I imagined and created sets far exceeding my expectations. It made me realize just how much effort goes into the production."
Yim SiwanYim Siwan, a newcomer to the series in Season 2, expressed his excitement, "As someone who really enjoyed watching Season 1, it honestly felt surreal to be part of the Squid Game project. When I first stepped onto the 'Red Light, Green Light' set and saw the Young-hee doll in real life, I was overwhelmed with emotion, and that feeling still lingers."

He continued, "Seeing Young-hee's head turn gave me chills as a fan. In so many ways, joining Squid Game has been an emotional experience."
Yim Siwan"Squid Game 2" delves into the fierce clash between Gi-hun (Lee Jung Jae), who returns to the game vowing revenge, and the Front Man (actor Lee Byung Hun), as well as the continuation of the deadly competition. 

The series, one of the most anticipated this year, premieres on Netflix on the 26th.
