52-Year-Old Lee Jung Jae Thanks Lee Byung Hun for Throwing Him a Birthday Party
Actor Lee Jung Jae, who recently celebrated his 52nd birthday, expressed his gratitude to actor Lee Byung Hun for organizing a birthday party in his honor.

On December 17, Lee Jung Jae updated his Instagram with some new photos.

In the photos, Lee Jung Jae is seen celebrating his birthday with the cast of Netflix's upcoming series "Squid Game 2."

The venue was decorated with colorful balloons, and a variety of dishes were arranged on a long table.

There were also two large cakes: one featuring a picture of Lee Jung Jae in the iconic "Squid Game" outfit and the other topped with a "Happy Birthday" sign.

Lee Jung Jae looked happy, as did the rest of the "Squid Game 2" cast, including Lee Byung Hun, Yim Siwan, Jo Yuri, Kang Ae-shim, Yang Dong-geun, and Lee Seo-hwan, who were smiling together in the photos.

Alongside the pictures, Lee Jung Jae wrote, "Byung Hun hyung prepared all this for me. Thank you for organizing the birthday party and looking after me despite your busy schedule."
Lee Jung Jae and Lee Byung Hun"Squid Game 2" follows the intense battle between Gi-hun (Lee Jung Jae), who returns to the game vowing revenge, and the Front Man (Lee Byung Hun), as well as the beginning of an all-new deadly game.

At a recent press conference for "Squid Game 2," Lee Jung Jae said, "With the new season, viewers will be expecting a fresher and more enriched story. While those elements are certainly included, I felt it was even more important to capture the unique aspects that people loved about Season 1."

The actor added, "I believe it will be an even bigger hit than Season 1. The script was exciting, the filming process was enjoyable, and the director worked so hard that he started having issues with two of his teeth. We're also putting a lot of effort into promoting the series despite our busy schedules, so I trust it will do well."

Fans around the world are eagerly awaiting the series, which is set to premiere on Netflix on the 26th.
