On December 18, the press conference for tvN's new television series 'When the Stars Gossip' was held at The Saint Hotel in Sindorim-dong, Seoul.
The cast members of 'When the Stars Gossip', Kong Hyo-jin, Lee Minho, Oh Jung Se, and Han Ji Eun, attended the event with the series' director, Park Shin-woo.
'When the Stars Gossip' follows the fateful encounter between 'Gong Ryong' (Lee Minho), a space tourist with a secret mission, and 'Eve Kim' (Kong Hyo-jin), an astronaut on a space station.
Although the series' filming process ended two years ago, its release date got delayed due to the post-production process, according to the series production.
Kong Hyo-jin remarked, "After we had completed filming, I expected that it would take three to four years for this series to be released."
"I was relieved that the series will air within the expected period. The studio that did computer graphics for the series worked very hard."

"The project was expected to be out sometime between 2025 and 2026. I thought it would be better to get married during the process than to postpone it.", the actress shared.
"So I had a big personal event during the filming process. Thanks to everyone's help, I had ten days to prepare for the wedding. Minho had to film his sequences until I returned after the wedding ceremony because the filming schedule was tight."
Kong Hyo-jin resumed, "At the time, handling a big personal event while filming a project felt overwhelming."
"But how wonderful is it that my first project after marriage is a rom-com series with Minho? Looking back, I feel like everything went perfectly well with this project.", she added affectionately.

"When I returned after the wedding, everyone on the set applauded me, celebrating my return as a married woman. Many things happened while filming the series, which was about a year. There are many joyful memories. I'm so happy that the series will be released soon. I can't wait.", the actress added.
Meanwhile, 'When the Stars Gossip' is to premiere on January 4, 2025.
