On January 7, Yoon Eun Hye shared the behind-the-scenes of Baby V.O.X's recent group performance at the "2024 KBS Gayo Global Festival" through her YouTube channel.
The video showed the members coming together after 14 years, practicing their choreography, coordinating their looks, and preparing for the stage.
On the day of the performance, longtime fans and the group members gathered for a mini fan meeting, which was also captured in the footage.
The members expressed their emotions, saying, "It feels like so much time has passed. It's hard to believe it's been this long," reflecting how deeply they felt about being reunited.
Yoon Eun Hye then explained, "We're not in bad terms, but every time those rumors about us having issues come up, it weighs heavily on my heart. I always felt guilty for not being able to clear it up before. It's just not something that I can explain every time."
She then highlighted the strengthened bond among the members, "For our performance today, we practiced every day—sometimes until four in the morning. I really wanted to give the best performance. It made us closer, and it brought back so many memories."
Finally, she said, "I'm thankful for these three weeks, and if more opportunities come our way, we'll definitely reunite again."
Due to Yoon Eun Hye's absence from Baby V.O.X's public appearances, Baby V.O.X suffered discord rumors for many years.
Recently, another Baby V.O.X's member Kan Mi-yeon addressed the rumors, saying, "Eun Hye was the youngest, so she spoke to us in a formal, respectful way, which might have come off as overly strict. Plus, the older members might have seemed a bit intimidating (laughs). Since Eun Hye has been busy with her acting career and wasn't active in music for a while, it was difficult for all of us to get together. When she couldn't join due to scheduling conflicts, rumors about our bad relationship started to spread."
She added, "When Eun Hye couldn't make it to Eun-jin's wedding because of her overseas schedule, people still talked about it. It was an unavoidable situation since she was abroad. But this time, for '2024 KBS Gayo Global Festival,' everyone's schedules finally aligned, and those misunderstandings were cleared up. I'm really happy about that."
