BANG CHAN Shares that Stray Kids' Relationship Is Based on Love, Not Just Friendship
BANG CHAN of K-pop boy group Stray Kids shared just how much he cares for his group and the group's members.

Recently, a fashion magazine released its February cover shoot featuring BANG CHAN, along with his interview.

During the interview, BANG CHAN opened up about the group's dynamics as their leader.

BANG CHAN said, "Our bond goes beyond friendship—it's love. If teamwork is something you have to consciously work at, for us, it just comes naturally. That's why even when mistakes happen, we can understand each other and grow together. I think that's what matters most. Sometimes I wonder, 'How are we even able to be like this?' But we do. It's amazing."
BANG CHANWhen asked about the source of Stray Kids' energy, he explained, "If you look at each member, they all have something burning inside of them. That fire burns even brighter when we're on stage, and STAY, our fans, keeps adding fuel to it."

He laughed and continued, "Over time, flames can die down, right? But in our group, even if one person's fire dims, it reignites quickly because there are still seven other sparks. We're always busy warming each other up."
BANG CHANReflecting on himself, BANG CHAN admitted, "I'm the type to overthink everything, even the little things that don't really matter. When I watch our performances, I always think, 'Why did I do that?' I'm rarely ever satisfied with myself. But honestly, what's the point of me liking something if others don't? It only matters when others enjoy it. I've never been someone who's self-centered."

He added, "And music doesn't have a right or wrong answer, you know? When I'm working, I give it my all, but I always take feedback and make adjustments based on people's reactions. I haven't lived that long, but I've realized there are so many people I'm thankful for—our staff, my members, my family, my friends. I want to give back to them. To do that, I think it's important to create results that make everyone even just a little more satisfied."
BANG CHANSince their debut in December 2017, Stray Kids has been breaking records and making waves not just in Korea but all over the world.
