On January 26 episode of SBS' television show "My Little Old Boy," Uhm Ji Won appeared as a guest.
During the show, Uhm Ji Won talked about her friendship with Son Ye-jin, saying, "Son Ye-jin and Hyun Bin are hands down the most iconic couple. And their baby is just gorgeous. He's absolutely adorable."
She went on to gush about the baby's looks, adding, "I know he's not my kid, but I somehow always feel so proud of how amazingly good-looking he is."
One of the hosts Shin Dong-yeob then chimed in, "Well, he is Son Ye-jin and Hyun Bin's son," to which Uhm Ji Won responded, "Well, genetics sometimes don't work in your favor though. But in this case, they really did. He's just so beautiful."
The actress shared, "Kong Hyo-jin and I used to live just a three-minute walk from each other, but I moved recently, so now it takes me about 10 to 15 minutes by car to get to her place."
Talking about Kong Hyo-jin and her husband, singer Kevin Oh, she said, "They're such a sweet couple. Every time I see them, I get a little jealous. Actually, I was there when Hyo-jin met Kevin in New York. After 'When the Camellia Blooms' wrapped up, she came to New York to spend Christmas with me, and during that trip, she met up with Kevin. At the time, it wasn't really a date—they were just friends."
She continued, "After she met him, I asked, 'Is something going on between you two? How was it?' And she was like, 'He's too much of a baby,' since he's 10 years younger than her. But, well… they ended up getting married," then laughed.
