Kim Saeron's Struggles with School Bullying Resurface After Her Sudden Passing
Actress Kim Saeron's tragic passing at just 24 has brought renewed attention to the hardships she faced during her life.

Earlier on February 16, Kim Saeron was discovered dead at her home in Seongdong-gu, Seoul.

A friend who had planned to meet her arrived at her apartment around 5 PM and, upon finding her unconscious, immediately called the police.

She was taken to the hospital, but it was already too late.

No suicide note was found, and authorities confirmed there were no signs of forced entry or foul play.

After an investigation, police stated, "We believe she took her own life and will officially classify it as an unattended death."

At that time, the actress revealed that she had been bullied in elementary school.

"You know, how my movie 'The Man from Nowhere' was a huge hit, right? After it came out, I transferred to a new school, and I think my classmates only saw me as a celebrity. They bullied me badly," she shared.

She recalled finding insults written on a slide near her way home and frequently discovering that her shoes had gone missing from the school's shoe rack.

She even said, "One time, I was invited to a birthday party, but when I got there, no one was there."

However, when asked if she ever regretted becoming an actress, Kim Saeron said she did not.

She explained, "At first, it was really tough. But I love acting so much. The moment I knew I wanted to be an actress was when I saw my name in the end credits of the movie. It was the most incredible feeling."
