Returning on Tuesday, the 25th, for its second season, SBS's 'Possessed Love 2' is a dating reality show featuring skilled MZ generation fortune tellers who predict their own and others' destinies while searching for their fated partners. The recently released teaser hints at a bolder romance, signaling the comeback of this dopamine-filled show.
In Season 2, the powerhouse MC lineup remains the same as in Season 1, featuring Shin Dong-yup, Yoo In-na, Gabi, and Yoo Seon-ho. Yoo In-na shared her thoughts on the unique changes in 'Possessed Love' Season 2.
Yoo In-na expressed, "The fresh format that combined romance and fortune-telling in Season 1 left a strong impression on me. I was curious about the choices and dilemmas faced by those who have been predicting others' destinies when it comes to their own." She added, "I’m thrilled and grateful to be back as an MC for Season 2. I’m excited to be the first to witness the love stories of the fortune tellers."
She highlighted that the show's strength lies in "the diverse perspectives of the fortune tellers, the unique stories and charms of each individual, and the special love lines that emerge from their struggles between fate and attraction." When asked about the popularity of Season 1, she noted, "When the news of Season 2's production was confirmed, I received many messages saying, 'I’m really looking forward to this!' Each time, I felt the popularity of 'Possessed Love.' I was also one of the viewers eagerly waiting for Season 2, and I’m excited about the bold expressions and intriguing tension among the fortune tellers this time."
Recently, during the first studio shoot for Season 2, Yoo In-na remarked, "There are so many charming participants this time, and it was impressive how well they seemed to understand each other." She continued, "Season 2 has introduced new elements that I believe will bring a different kind of fun to the viewers. The individual charms are so strong that it’s hard to predict who to root for or where the audience's attention will be focused."
