[SBS Entertainment News | Kang Kyung-youn] Taemin, the solo artist and former member of SHINee, shared his thoughts on his performances in an exclusive interview with Vogue Mexico while on his first solo world tour.
In the interview published on the 18th (local time), Taemin, who is meeting fans through his world tour 'Ephemeral Gaze,' expressed, "There may be various perspectives on me, but I have always been the same person since my debut. No matter how others see me, I am still me." He shared his aspirations for his career.
Taemin emphasized that he has felt genuine love during this tour, stating, "It may sound like a cliche, but the energy exchanged with the audience on stage is truly an amazing experience. I believe that music ultimately exists to provide comfort and happiness to people."
Vogue also commented, "Taemin is currently forging his own path without hesitation. A new horizon is unfolding before him. One thing is certain: Taemin will always be Taemin," showing unwavering support for his past achievements and future endeavors.
Taemin began his world tour in Incheon last August and has recently confirmed encore concerts in Japan, bringing the total to 29 cities across 20 countries. He will continue the 'Ephemeral Gaze' tour in Oakland, USA, on the 21st.
