On February 22, the YouTube channel "DdeunDdeun" released a new video featuring comedienne Song Eun-yi, actor Ko Kyoung Pyo, and MIMI of K-pop girl group OH MY GIRL.
In this video, Yu Jae Seok shared a funny story about what happened when he took an unexpected nap after a tiring TV show filming.
While talking about how Ko Kyoung Pyo had dozed off while filming tvN's television show "Sixth Sense: City Tour," Yu Jae Seok related to the struggle, saying, "I totally get it. I was exhausted during that filming too."
He continued, "When I got home yesterday, I was so drained. I usually never nap, but yesterday, I ended up sleeping for a full two hours."
He went on to explain, "I got home around five, but I was unbelievably sleepy. My daughter Na-eun kept saying, 'Dad, I'm bored,' but I told her, 'Daddy's too tired right now, let's take a nap together.' Eventually, she fell asleep too."
Yu Jae Seok added with a laugh, "When I checked my phone, I saw I had nine missed calls. She was worried because I never nap out of the blue like that."
Song Eun-yi teased him, saying, "That's what happens when you never break your routine. Maybe you should nap more often."
But Yu Jae Seok, known for his strict daily schedule, proudly defended his habits.
"Well, I napped from 6 to 8, then went to bed at 10. Routine is routine," he said, emphasizing his commitment to structure.
Yu Jae Seok and his wife, former announcer Na Kyung-eun, married in 2008, and have a son and a daughter.
Yu Jae Seok is well-known for his disciplined lifestyle and is often called the "king of routines" for his dedication to self-care and consistency.
