"I Suffered 3 Miscarriages in a Year" Han Ga In Reveals Why Her Children Mean Everything to Her

Actress Han Ga In opened up about suffering three miscarriages in a single year, sharing her heartfelt wish for her children to have nothing but happiness in their future.

On February 26 episode of tvN's television show "You Quiz on the Block," Han Ga In appeared as a guest. 
During the interview, Han Ga In said, "As soon as Jung Hoon and I started trying for a baby, I luckily got pregnant. But I lost the baby at eight weeks. That happened three times in one year. It was devastating. My husband and I both really struggled at that time." 

She continued, "At one point, I told my husband, 'I don't think I'll ever be able to have a baby. I don't think it's possible for me.'" 

Eventually, they decided to focus on enjoying life without kids, but they tried IVF as a last attempt. 

She said, "Our last attempt was successful, and we were blessed with a healthy first child. So, I just want to give my kids everything. I hope their future is filled with nothing but love and blessings. One day, they'll leave the nest, so until then, I want to teach them as much as I can." 
Han Ga In rose to fame with the 2004 film "Once Upon a Time in High School," but she made headlines in 2005 when she married actor Yeon Jung Hoon at 23.

Looking back, she admitted, "A part of me wanted to run away. I thought marriage might be a safe haven that would give me stability." 

She also reflected on her childhood, saying, "My mom was always working, so she couldn't really take care of me. She never once came to pick me up even when it rained. I knew she wouldn't, but I still waited for her. I'd wait until the very last moment before walking home alone." 

Tearing up, she added, "Because of that, I promised myself that I'd always be the first one there to pick up my kids."
