Cube Entertainment's rookie boy group NOWADAYS is taking on the challenge of becoming all-around entertainers.
On the 18th, their official YouTube channel unveiled their new series, 'NOW A LEARN DAYS.' This reality show features NOWADAYS members HYUNBIN, YOON, YEONWOO, JINHYUK, and SIYOON as they learn and grow through various themes. For their first challenge, the members gathered to learn jiu-jitsu.
Visiting a jiu-jitsu gym, the members of NOWADAYS met with a coach who was a reserve member of the national team for the Jakarta Asian Games. JINHYUK, with 9 years of taekwondo and 3 years in a demonstration team, HYUNBIN, a former cycling athlete, SIYOON, who has mastered judo, jiu-jitsu, and taekwondo, YEONWOO, who has learned the basics of judo, muay thai, and hapkido, and YOON, all showcased their competitive spirit to become the 'star learner.'
After learning jiu-jitsu techniques, the members engaged in sparring matches. In the first match between HYUNBIN and JINHYUK, JINHYUK successfully executed a technique, earning a submission. In the match between YOON and YEONWOO, YEONWOO achieved a surprising victory. The final match between the youngest members, JINHYUK and SIYOON, was fiercely contested. Ultimately, SIYOON demonstrated his jiu-jitsu skills and was chosen as the star learner.
The 'NOW A LEARN DAYS' series, consisting of six episodes, airs every Tuesday at 8 PM on NOWADAYS' official YouTube channel and is simultaneously available on Japan's ABEMA. Through this content, NOWADAYS is reaching out to their global fans more closely.
