Former ADOR CEO Min Hee-jin has been fined after some allegations of workplace harassment against a former employee, referred to as 'A,' were confirmed.

On the 24th, the Seoul Regional Employment and Labor Office (hereafter referred to as the Labor Office) announced that after investigating a complaint filed by 'A' against Min Hee-jin, some violations of the law by the former CEO were confirmed. As a result, Min Hee-jin has received a preliminary notice of a fine.

The Labor Office stated, "The remarks made by Min Hee-jin towards the victim exceeded the appropriate boundaries of work-related conduct, causing physical and mental distress or worsening the work environment, thus constituting workplace harassment." They added, "A fine has been imposed on the perpetrator (Min Hee-jin), and the case has been administratively closed."

Previously, in August of last year, the former employee in question filed a complaint with the Ministry of Employment and Labor, claiming to have been harassed at work by Min. Min Hee-jin denied the allegations, arguing that "'A' is conspiring with HYBE and others to defame me."

Regarding the complaint that Min Hee-jin interfered with the workplace harassment investigation, the Labor Office found that Min Hee-jin contacted Deputy CEO 'B' to request KakaoTalk messages related to the complaint and told Chief Officer 'C' that "the complaint is one-sided and biased," which was deemed a violation of the duty to conduct an objective investigation.
