WENDY and YERI from the group Red Velvet are leaving SM Entertainment.
On April 4th, SM Entertainment announced that WENDY and YERI have not renewed their contracts. The company stated, "Since debuting with Red Velvet, WENDY and YERI have excelled in both group and solo activities. The time spent with them has been a great joy for us. We cherish every moment we've shared and sincerely support WENDY and YERI in their new beginnings."
Although WENDY and YERI are departing from SM Entertainment, they will continue to participate in group activities as members of Red Velvet through the company.
Finally, SM Entertainment expressed gratitude, saying, "We deeply appreciate the unwavering support you've shown WENDY and YERI. We hope you continue to show warm interest in their new endeavors as they embark on different paths."
