The group NewJeans has reached a significant milestone, celebrating 1000 days since their debut. Despite their ongoing dispute with their agency, ADOR, which has led to a pause in their activities, the members chose to connect with fans through social media rather than hosting a special event.
On the 16th, marking their 1000th day, heartfelt messages were shared on NewJeans' social media accounts directed at their fanbase, Bunnies. One member expressed, "The 1000 days with Bunnies have been pure joy. Every day with you is another adventure. Love you all."
Another member reflected on the passage of time, saying, "It's hard to believe we've added another zero to 100. Time has flown by so quickly. I feel a bit sorry for the silence, but I'm using this time to recharge myself. I promise to meet you all with even more brightness and happiness in the future."
In a final message, a member shared their gratitude, "It's still amazing to me how many people cherish us. It's something I can't fully grasp, but I'm always thankful. Growing older with people who genuinely care for us unconditionally is incredibly precious, and I'm truly grateful."
On the same day, the court dismissed NewJeans' appeal against the injunction filed to prevent ADOR from executing certain contracts. The members immediately announced their intention to appeal the decision, showing their determination to pursue independent activities.
The five members of NewJeans are currently engaged in a legal battle to confirm the validity of their exclusive contract with the agency.
