Byun Woo-seokVaro Entertainment has issued a warning about scams involving impersonation of its staff.

On the 8th, Varo Entertainment announced, "Recently, there have been incidents of fraud where individuals impersonate our staff to gain financial benefits. These scammers, posing as managers of our signed artists, approach small businesses and companies under the guise of organizing dinners and such, requesting prepayment for specific products (mainly wine, etc.). Once preparations are completed, they cut off all contact, a 'no-show' tactic causing harm."

The statement continued, "Our employees and associates will never request money transfers or the purchase of goods under any circumstances. Any such requests are entirely illegal. If you receive similar solicitations, please verify the identity of the individual claiming to be associated with our company. We urge you to exercise extreme caution to prevent further victims."

Furthermore, "We are fully aware of the severity of this issue and are committed to taking legal action against such fraudulent activities," the company emphasized.

Varo Entertainment's roster includes actors Jin Goo, Byun Woo-seok, Gong Seung-yeon, Lee Yu-mi, Lee Soo-kyung, and Lee Jin.

Previously, the production team of KBS's '2 Days & 1 Night' and the agency of singer Song Ga-in, JG Star, also issued warnings about 'no-show' scams involving impersonation of production staff or managers.
