Scheduled to premiere on June 13th (Friday) at 9:50 PM, the new SBS Friday-Saturday drama 'Our Movie' (written by Han Ga-eun and Kang Kyung-min, directed by Lee Jung-heum) tells the urgent love story of a director, Lee Je-ha (played by Namkoong Min), who has no future projects, and an actress, Lee Da-eum (played by Jeon Yeo-bin), who lives as if today is her last.
Namkoong Min plays the role of Lee Je-ha, a director dreaming of a comeback. The son of a legendary director, Lee Je-ha was once a genius filmmaker who captured the film industry's attention with a blockbuster debut. However, now he is dominated by the thought that his past glory was a fluke, leaving him unable to produce a new film for five years.
Spending his days as a director without a future, Lee Je-ha decides to remake his father's masterpiece, which features a character with a terminal illness, persuaded by a close producer friend. The curiosity is piqued about what kind of masterpiece director Lee Je-ha will present after taking up the megaphone again after a long time.
The photo released on the 13th shows director Lee Je-ha deeply immersed in his work on the next project. Wearing headphones and focusing intently on the scenes on his monitor, he conducts auditions to find actors to fill his movie, showcasing his talent that's blooming again after five years. The sparkling eyes of Lee Je-ha on the film set hint at his genuine passion for filmmaking.
